Our History
Family-Owned Since the 1980s
Vargas Property Services was founded when Victor Vargas became the exclusive landscaping contractor for the Interlocken Business Park in Broomfield, Colorado. What began as a single landmark contract has grown into a trusted commercial property maintenance company serving municipalities, office parks, retail centers, residential communities, and new construction projects across the Front Range.
Today, our municipal work includes partnerships with the City of Brighton, the Town of Superior, the City of Broomfield, and the Town of Erie. Throughout our growth, we have remained grounded in Victor Vargas’ belief that family, hard work, and pride in service are the foundation of long-term success.
