Our History
In the 1980’s Victor Vargas became the exclusive landscape contract for the Interlocken Business Park in Broomfield. With this, Vargas Property Services was formed.
Their municipality work has grown to include the City of Brighton, the Town of Superior, the City of Broomfield, and the Town of Erie. Beyond open space municipality programs. Vargas developed into office space, new construction, and retail landscaping services.
Victor’s belief in the importance of family is woven throughout their thirty years of history. Often, Victor would drive his mother through the properties they cared for to show her their beautiful floral scapes and improvements. The Vargas team includes his siblings, children, nephews and many more.
