Our Founder
The founder of Vargas Property Services has over thirty years of commercial property care expertise. Victor’s knowledge, experience, and commitment to detail shine through in every aspect of this family-owned and operated business. He is an active part of the operations taking ownership of landscaping installations, irrigation systems, time efficiency, and cost competency.
Victor has a lifelong passion for horses and farming.
Our General Manager
Elena, a Colorado native, brings over ten years of experience in the landscaping industry. She specializes in creating stunning annual floral designs while remaining actively involved in every aspect of Vargas’s operations.
