The Superior Chamber’s inaugural Women’s Business Conference, SuperiHER, aims to empower and support women in business. The conference provides networking, professional development, and inspiration for women from diverse industries and backgrounds.
The conference addresses women’s unique challenges and opportunities in the workplace, providing insights and strategies to overcome barriers and thrive in their careers. Topics may include leadership development, work-life balance, entrepreneurship, business management, personal branding, marketing, and technology.
In addition to the educational and networking aspects, the conference provides opportunities for attendees to showcase their businesses or products through sponsorships or exhibiting at our Women’s Expo. Sponsors and Exhibitors allow participants to connect with potential clients, partners, or investors, expanding their professional networks and promoting their brands.

“The Superior Chamber hosted its first ever SuperIHER Women in Business event at the OMNI Hotel in Broomfield this month. The event was sold out and it was very clear why. There were powerful and inspiring speakers, amazing vendors selling varieties of goods and services, a wonderful lunch and some really fun prizes. Women from all over the front range came together to strengthen their networks and celebrate each other in all we can accomplish. We hope to be part of this event for many years as it grows and supports the great community of women in the workforce.“

“My takeaway from the SuperiHER Woman conference was feeling connected & empowered by all the beautiful, strong women. Hearing their stories about their journey and what they have accomplished in life was very inspiring. Walking out of this event made me feel like a woman with superpowers in a male-dominated industry.

“Being part of the women in business event this year was really inspiring for me. To see that, in a men dominated world, there are still so many women succeeding and proving everyone how it is also possible for us, it felt really powerful. The classes where all on point and very educative. They taught me that it is okay to delegate work and take time off, they told me to work smarter, not harder. They also taught me that we can do anything we set our mind on if we keep trying. I left the building feeling like I could do anything, which is an amazing feeling.“

“I had the amazing opportunity to attend the first ever SuperiHER conference this past month. This was a woman in business event. We enjoyed a beautiful lunch followed by the opportunity to engage with various key speakers. Throughout each women’s speech, I was reminded that we can accomplish whatever we set our mind to no matter the obstacles. Whether it be school, family, work or even or our overall health. It was invigorating to be surrounded by so many powerful women in one room. One big thing I took away was to remember to take a second for yourself. The best you creates the best work! I am so excited to see this event grow. I cannot wait for next year’s SuperiHER Conference!“
